Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) is to set forth the procedures and terms of using the LG Innotek Online Show Website (the “Website”) service that LG Innotek provides to the users, the Website’s and the user’s rights and obligations related to the use of the service, and to promote mutual trust.

Article 2 Definitions

1. The term “Website” refers to the LGIT Virtual Exhibition Website and the internal webpages operated by LG Innotek to provide service to the users, and also the business operating the LGIT Virtual Exhibition Website.

2. The term “user” refers to a person who accesses the Website and uses the Website's information and service in accordance with these Terms of Use.

3. The term “LGIT”, “Company”, “us”, “our” or “we” refers to LG Innotek Co., Ltd., which owns and operates the Website.

By clicking to accept the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, found at PRIVACY POLICY URL, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

3. This Website is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and] meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. Article 4 Changes to the Terms of Use

Article 5 Governing Rules other than these Terms of Use

1. If any matter not specified herein is set forth in the Framework Act on Telecommunications, Telecommunications Business Act, or other applicable laws, such laws shall govern.

2. In addition to these Terms of Use, the Website may set forth details of individual services, and the details shall be notified to the users of the relevant services through a separate notice and consent procedure.

Article 6 Use of Personal Information

1. Without a user’s consent, the Website may not share with a third party the user’s information that pertains to a living person, his/her full name, email address, company name, company division, and position (“Personal Information”) obtained through provision of the service, UNLESS: A statute such as the Act on Real Name Financial Transactions and Confidentiality, Credit Information Use and Protection Act, Framework Act on Telecommunications, Telecommunications Business Act, Local Tax Act, Consumer Protection Act, Bank of Korea Act, or Criminal Procedure Act prescribes otherwise.

2. When, in the process of providing the service, the Website asks for a user’s consent to the collection of his/her Personal Information, it shall notify the user of the following matters:

Article 7 Provision of Service

1. The Website shall strive to provide continuous and reliable service.

2. In the case of a service failure, the Website shall do its best for the recovery of the service. However, the service may be temporarily suspended in the case of a system inspection, an act of God, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances.

The Website may provide, by email, the information deemed useful for a user, to the user who has consented to receiving such information in advance. If, after the consent, the user does not want to receive the information, he or she can refuse to receive the information.

Article 9 Intellectual Property Rights for Postings

1. If any posting by a user infringes on another person’s intellectual property right or any legal right, such user shall bear all liabilities including civil and criminal liabilities.

4. If the user breaches Article 8, the user shall bear all administrative, civil and criminal liabilities.

Article 10 Service Hours

1. Unless otherwise notified due to business or technical reasons of the Website, the service shall be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. If the Website wants to suspend the service for business or technical reasons, it shall give notice of the reason and time of the suspension in advance. However, in the case of an act of God, emergency, system failure, or other unanticipated circumstances, the notice may be given after the fact.

Article 11 Registering Account

1. To access the Website or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete. I. the user attacks the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website; or

Article 13 Notice

In case the Website needs to give a notice to a user, the Website shall either post on the Website or send an email notice to the email address that the user provided.

Article 14 Indemnification

The Website is not liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of free services, unless there is intent or negligence on the part of the Website.

Article 17 LG Group Brand Infringement

1. The Company name, the terms “LG”, the Company logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

2. The infringement of LG Group Brand is strictly prohibited both online/offline.

Article 18 Website’s Obligations

The Website shall provide stable services at its best effort according to the Terms of Use.

Article 19 User’s Obligations

1. Users shall not:

A. steal or plagiarize others’ information;

B. send or post Website’s contents without the Company’s prior written consent;

C. violate third parties’ (including Company) rights;

D. defame third parties (including Company);

E. interfere with others’ (including Company) businesses;

F. change information posted on the Website without Company’s prior written consent;

G. announce or post any slanderous, obscene, profane, vulgar, repulsive or offensive information (in a form of a message, image or recording) on the Website; and

H. undertake any commercial activities by using any information on the Website without express consent of the Website.

2. Company has the right to disable any user name, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time without a prior notice in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use, including the Article 18 section 1.

A. In a situation where the user’s steal or plagiarism of others' information or violation of the third parties’ (including Company) rights is obvious and rationally supported by evidence.

B. Any other conduct that violates relevant Act and subordinate statute.

Article 20 Grievances

The Website receives and handles the users' complaints and other opinions regarding the management of Personal Information, use of the service, etc.

1. If there are hyperlinks connecting the Website to other third parties (“Third Party Sites"), all matters regarding the use of the Third Party Sites shall be governed by the Third Party Sites’ terms of use.

Article 22 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. The interpretation and application of these Terms of Use and the resolution of disputes related to these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. All disputes which may arise between the parties, in relation to these Terms of Use, shall be finally settled by arbitration in Seoul, Korea in accordance with the Expedited Procedures in International Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
